Last week I was traveling from Oklahoma City to Capitan N.M. About 15 miles out of Roswell the check engine light came on - on my 2008 Accord. I found Roswell Honda and was greeted by Carlos Pacheco. He listened to the engine and immediately told me what was wrong. (I doubted him.) I agreed to have the service department do the computer analysis.
My two sons were supposed to meet us in Capitan. The son from Dallas was about an hour from Roswell. He stopped to see what we were going to do.
Carlos graciously provided me with a loaner vehicle so we could take all of our groceries and Christmas presents to Capitan. (There was no way we could get all that stuff in my son's car.) The following day he called and told me what the problem was so it was repaired quickly. I also asked him to change the transmission fluid, which cost less than the dealer quoted me just two days before.
Upon returning to Roswell Honda, on Saturday, Carlos again greeted me. He called me by name then pulled the ticket to review the bill with me.
I normally do not take the time to give testimonials, but Carlos impressed me so much that my wife and I both said he deserves all the recognition he can get. Gracious, polite and went out of his way to accommodate these two stranded travelers.
THANK YOU CARLOS....I told him that I would be buying another Accord in about three years and would give him a call if he would give me his business card. (I will file it with my Honda papers.)
Our purchase at Roswell Honda was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We arrived for our Saturday 10:30am appointment and were greeted promptly in the parking lot by Danny Murillo. He got right to it and gave us an overview of the vehicle while we took a test drive. He was thorough and not only answered all of our questions, but he offered suggestions and other details that we didn't even think of. What we appreciated the most was that they were very conscious of our time. There was no back and forth haggling over price. They came in with their best offer the first time. Danny is a good listener. He understood our needs and accommodated them. We are most pleased that Danny took the time to help us link each of our devices to the vehicle's bluetooth before we left the lot. Danny doesn't just make sales, he makes relationships! A special thanks to Ricky Granado, who was our initial contact. He set the tone for the high level of customer service we received and was also instrumental in us making this purchase.

We called another dealership to make an appointment to get our oil changed today, but we were told it would be a week before they could get to us. So, we call Roswell Honda! So glad we did. We made an appointment and we were greeted by a great associate, Carlos, and he took GREAT personal care of us. What GREAT service. I want to say a special thank you to the service advisor who helped me yesterday on my drive back from Ruidoso to Fort Worth. We had been on vacation, but the TPMS light came on and stayed on, even after I had tried to fill the tires with air. After a brief conversation, he took the car to the service area, had it checked, and sent my mother and me back on our trip in 15 minutes without charge! I wish I had asked his name, but didn't. Regardless, if all the employees of your dealership are ask kind as he was, you are continuing the legacy of Honda customer service that I have been enjoying at various dealerships since I purchased my first Honda in 1994.

BJ Patel helped us get into our new Honda CR-V. We weren't sure we could afford it but he worked with us to get the payments we could afford and also a great warranty. It was a super easy process. Many thanks for making the process of buying a car as pleasant as possible. It is hard to part with our hard earned money from the working years. We are enjoying the Honda CR-V and are close to finishing our first tank of gas. I am sure there are many features that we have yet to discover, but overall it is a comfortable and very driveable car. I used it recently to haul items around town and there was room to do so, important to me. Now that we have a car that falls into the crossover category, I am noticing how many there are on the road.
But needless to say, I think ours in the prettiest. Thanks again for taking care of us.

The thing I liked the most about dealing with Roswell Honda is thet only one person was trying to sell me the car. You (Bill) were the only person to call me or send me E-mails, thus you and I were always on the same page.
Those morons in Alamagordo had 4 people calling me and 2 people sending me E-mails, but none of them were talking to each other! Thus, I was very frustrated with them, having to re-explain everything 4 times. The frustration immediately turned to exasperation (re-explaining in several elaborate E-mails no one bothered to read), and I actually yelled at them over the phone, "You have too many cooks in the kitchen! You need to have one person selling me this car!"
Eventually, or should I say inevitably, the exasperation turned to outright anger and I ended up having an Autistic meltdown in a roaring tantrum for 20 minutes after the last-straw phone-call from an illiterate moron. I decided thet this was just not worth it, and thet if they screwed up 1 more time I would not be purchasing their car.
The next day they were supposed to deliver the car to the bank, wherein we would all sit down together, do the paper-work, and close the deal. They did not show up.
I had had it.
I called them from the bank and told them thet their incompetence was mind-boggling, and they were not going to sell their car to me and the deal was off.
So I called you and bought your car. You not only delivered it, but on time and to the right place. Later that day I went to work and exactly 2 hours later their driver (Alamorgordo guys) called me and said he was in my driveway delivering the car, where was I?
They (Alamogordo guys) sent him to the wrong address, 2 hours late, and did not bother to call him to let him know the deal was off (2 hours ago!). Their inability (Alamogordo guys) to communicate, even with each other, was just ridiculous.
But you (Bill) were very communicative with me, and most importantly (to me) it was a 1-on-1 relationship throughout - that is the thing I appreciated the most about my dealings with Roswell Honda.
You also gave me a relatively good deal. And when the bank wanted to schedule our appointment, you said you wanted to wait until the parts were installed and the car was ready to go before scheduling, so you would not have to re-schedule if the parts did not come in. This thinking ahead, recognizing what could go wrong before it did, was very professional of you.
If I ever buy another car, I will buy it from Roswell Honda. - Shannon.
